Process to rent your room
1. View object online
Take a virtual room tour with us, where you can see the whole flat. You can download the draft of the rental contract on the property-page too.
2. Send request
Send us your request with your data (name, current home address, e-mail address). For your security, we do not yet require a copy of your ID (only upon conclusion of the contract).
3. Sign rental contract
We will send you the rental contract with your data. You sign the contract and send it back online with a copy of your ID. We send you back the signed rental contract within 24 hours.
